This morning, there are 3-5” of new snow around Bozeman, Big Sky, and Cooke City, with 1-2” near West Yellowstone. Winds are 15-20 mph out of the north and west with gusts of 25-35 mph. Temperatures are in the teens and 20s F. High temperatures today will be in high teens to low 30s F. Moderate winds with strong gusts will continue and may even pick up a bit this afternoon, shifting to the west and southwest. Snowfall will begin this morning in northern areas with 4-6” expected by nightfall. Snowfall will begin later this afternoon near West Yellowstone. By tomorrow morning, expect 6-10” of new snow near West Yellowstone and 10-20” near Bozeman, Big Sky, and Cooke City. Heavy snowfall will continue tomorrow.
Since 5 a.m. yesterday the mountains around Big Sky got 8” of powder, the mountains around Bozeman and Cooke City got 5-6”, and the southern ranges including West Yellowstone got 1-2”. Yesterday was windy in the northern mountains with gusts in the 40’s from the northwest. Wind lessened overnight to 15-30 mph out of the west to northwest. Temperatures are 10F and will rise to 20F as west to north wind blows 15-30 mph. Snowfall later this afternoon and tonight will drop 3-5” around Bozeman, Big Sky and Cooke City and 1-3” elsewhere.
This morning, temperatures are in the single digits F with 10-25 mph winds from the west to the north. The mountains around Bozeman and Big Sky received 1-2” of snow, with nothing elsewhere. Today, temperatures will be in the teens F with 10-25 mph winds from the southwest to the northwest. Under a northwest flow, the mountains around Bozeman, Big Sky and Cooke City will receive 4-6” of new snow by tomorrow morning, with 1-2” near West Yellowstone.
The Bridger Range received 4” of new snow, with 2” near Big Sky and nothing elsewhere. This morning, temperatures are in the single digits to low teens F with 5-15 mph winds from the northwest to northeast. Today, temperatures will be around 20 degrees F with 5-20 mph winds from the west to southwest. The mountains near Bozeman will receive 1-2” of new snow by morning, with a trace to 1” elsewhere. Snowfall will continue tomorrow, favoring the mountains around Bozeman.
This morning there is zero to a trace of new snow in the mountains. Temperatures are single digits to teens F. Wind is out of the northwest to southwest at 10-20 mph with gusts of 25-35 mph. Today, temperatures will reach high teens to low 20s F, and wind will be west-north at 5-20 mph. The previously forecasted storm has faded dramatically, and today will have light snowfall with a trace to 2” possible by tomorrow morning.
This morning there is no new snow and temperatures are single digits to teens F. Wind is out of the northwest-west at 5-10 mph with gusts of 15-25 mph. At Bridger and Big Sky wind has been averaging 25 mph with gusts to 38 mph. Today will be mostly sunny with temperatures reaching mid-20s F. Tonight, snowfall could deliver 1-2” by morning with a few more inches expected through Monday morning.
There is a trace to an inch of new snow across most of the advisory area, with 2” in Taylor Fork. Winds are 5-10 mph gusting 15-25 mph, out of the W-NW near Bozeman and N-E elsewhere. Temperatures are in the single digits and teens F this morning. Under mostly sunny skies, temperatures will rise into the teens and 20s F. Winds will generally remain light, with perhaps some gusts past 20 mph, shifting to the north and west. No new snow is expected today
An inch of snow fell around Lionhead while other areas remained dry. At 5 a.m. temperatures are near 10F and W-SW wind is blowing 10-15 mph with gusts of 25 mph. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy and the northern mountains may get a trace to 1” of snow tonight. Temperatures will rise into the mid 20s and wind will be S-SW at 10-20 mph.
Yesterday morning a trace to 1” of snow fell in Big Sky and Hyalite. At 5 a.m. skies are clear, temperatures are near 10F and ridgetop wind is blowing W-NW at 5-15 mph, and 20-30 mph in the Bridger Range. Today will be sunny, wind will remain light from the SW-NW and temperatures will rise into the high 20s.

This morning, temperatures are in the single digits to teens F with 5-10 mph wind from the west to northwest. Today, temperatures will be in the 20s F with 5-10 mph wind from the west to the north and there will be no new snow.
